Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your items from Era! If however you wish to return all or part of your order for a refund (minus the original postage charge). Just follow the steps below :

- Email eraofleek@gmail.com or call 01538 381386 within 14 days to inform us of the item(s) you wish to return

- Pack the items carefully and enclose the completed returns slip that came with your delivery

- As the customer you are responsible for returning goods to us safely, and in their original condition, along with paying the cost of return postage. Please ensure that the parcel is adequately insured etc. as the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, if you have any faulty or damaged items. Email eraofleek@gmail.com quoting your order number and full name. If possible, please include a picture of the fault / damage, as this will assist us to decide on the appropriate steps to rectify the problem, and to resolve any issue as swiftly as possible!

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5 days
